Return Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Quality-Related Returns:

If you receive a product with issues such as damage, missing components, or discrepancies from the product description, you are entitled to initiate a return.


Non-Quality Returns:

For returns not related to product quality, such as dissatisfaction or incorrect purchase, they must typically be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt, with the product in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.


Warranty Period:

Warranties commence from the date you receive the product. If a product fails within the warranty period due to a quality issue (not due to your misuse or damage), we will accept the return.


1. We offer a 30-day manufacturer's warranty for defective products, excluding those damaged or misused after receipt or issues caused by shipping.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period, ideally in their original packaging. Please inform us of the defect and provide your order number. We do not entertain returns for items outside the warranty period.


Quality Assurance:

We have a dedicated quality control team that meticulously inspects every item from our suppliers and manufacturers to prevent the dispatch of defective products. We generally ship items using flat rate shipping; however, for expedited shipping methods, customers are required to cover the additional shipping costs.


Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.


Special Instructions:

For warranty claims during the warranty period, please provide the following evidence:

1. Photos of the original packaging from both the front and back.

2. Photos or videos of the defective product.

3. Photos, videos, or screenshots demonstrating the product's failure.


What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

In the unlikely event that your shipment is physically damaged due to rough handling by the courier:

If possible, report the issue to the courier's delivery representative before signing for the delivery. They can guide you through their complaint process.

If you have already signed for the package, take photos of the damage and contact your local courier office to file a complaint. They will have procedures in place to assist you with obtaining compensation.
